“FOR WOMEN ONLY!” CLASS

This class is for any woman who is in pre-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause.
In otherwords, it’s for ALL women! If you ever feel like your mind
is in a fog, you’re losing your memory, have nagging headaches, going through those
wonderful mood swings, or think someone has installed a raging furnace in
you when you weren’t looking, then this class is tailored just for you.
Learn a routine you can do every day in less than 10 minutes.
Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat or blanket to lie down on for
doing some exercises. If the memory thingy is really a
problem, don’t worry because handouts will be provided!

“CAN PRAYER REALLY HEAL?” - CLASS

In this class we will explore some of the criticisms in the concept of prayer as
a healing agent, and also discuss some of the extensive evidence of spiritual healing.
Are there certain criteria that need to be present for prayer to “work”?
Can people who don’t believebe healed? Can we be healed or pray while sleeping?
What about prayer of different religions? What is prayer anyway?
This class will definitely expand your whole concept of prayer, and make
you look more deeply into your own abilities to heal through prayer.

“OHHMMMM” – WORKSHOP ON THE INCREDIBLE POWER OF MEDITATION

Would you like improved mental health and emotional stability? Would you like to
be more outgoing, independent, creative, energetic, spiritual, and lessen any
anxiety, stress, or depression? Or maybe you’d like to lessen the frequency and
severity of asthma attacks or allergies, lower your blood pressure,
relieve chronic pain, or recover quicker from an illness or injury.
Hundreds of laboratory tests show that practicing meditation for as little as
20 minutes a day can improve your mental, spiritual and physical well-being.
What’s that you say?
You always pictured meditation as a bunch of bald guys
wrapped in bed sheets and sitting on top of a mountain chanting Ohhmmm?
Well fear not! In this workshop we will discuss and practice several kinds of meditation
(neutral as well as spiritual) to determine which ones you feel you could benefit the most from
and explore further. Meditation stems from the great religious traditions of the world,
but you don’t need to be religious to reap its awesome benefits.
Handouts will be provided, as well as Coffee, Tea, Water and Snacks.
If you prefer to meditate on a mat, please feel free to bring your own.
