Hello everyone. You must all be wondering what is going on if you just got an email with all my old postings on it. I was updating my website today and meant to delete them, but must have hit “send” instead of “delete.” I apologize!!!!! Here I haven’t sent anything out for months and then you all get a bunch of old ones. Sheesh.
I was actually updating everything so that I could get a new posting out and let you know about the Level 1 Qigong class I have coming up on Saturday, November 19th. But more on that soon. Sorry!
